The organizer of the 23rd International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries (also known as "Chinaplas 2009") launched cost saving solutions with Cathay Pacific and Dragonair to minimize the traveling expense of overseas buyers who are going to attend this world-leading plastics and rubber trade fair to be held from May 18 to 21, 2009, at China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex, Guangzhou, PR China
