Based in China, In Line with the World
Since its inception in 1983, International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries (CHINAPLAS) has committed itself in providing excellent platform for the exchange and procurement of technology to industry players both at the domestic and international levels. On April 19 to 22, 2010, "The 24th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries" (CHINAPLAS 2010), to be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Pudong, Shanghai, PR China, shall once again push the plastics and rubber industries into the limelight by showcasing to the world its global high-tech exhibits.
Overbooking Demonstrated Confidence in the Industry's Development
According to Ms. Ada Leung, Project Director of Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd., organizer of CHINAPLAS, the booth booking response rate for CHINAPLAS 2010 is overwhelming. Nearly 90% of exhibitors applied for next edition's booths at the fairground of CHINAPLAS 2009 and some of them have even expanded their booth areas to ensure greater participation.
To date, the show has achieved a 30% overbooking rate for its exhibition space. All of its 11 exhibition halls have been reserved or confirmed, and newer company-applicants had to be placed on the waiting list. To accommodate the demand, the organizer will build additional halls between the West Wing and East Wing exhibition halls of the venue. CHINAPLAS 2010 will reach 150,000 square meters, breaking its past editions’ record. Accordingly, the exhibitors' responses to CHINAPLAS 2010 strongly prove their confidence on the industry's overwhelming development.
In the past year, all industries have experienced the shock of the global financial tsunami. Upon recovery, both small and large enterprises have rallied to formulate their marketing strategies to keep up with the current market situation. Great Support from User Associations, Keep Abreast of New Market Trends
Since its inception, many associations have rendered its support to CHINAPLAS. In response, CHINAPLAS 2010 will jointly launch series of promotional programs with Shanghai Society of Plastics Industry, as well as with other local user associations belonging to the automotive, household appliances, lighting appliances, bicycles, chemical building materials, electrical appliances, wire and cable, and tools sectors. The partners are expected to help promote CHINAPLAS 2010, including its highlights and relevant technologies, to user enterprises in East China.
Plastics and rubber have been constantly and widely used in our daily lives. The organizers believe that the exhibition can bring plenty of solutions for user enterprises in terms of improving their product performance and competitiveness.
Apart from this, with the society's increasing consciousness on the environment, as well as the continuous issuance of new policies and regulations on China's plastics industry, most industrial sectors have expressed their ever-increasing concerns about "green plastics". Environmental protection and energy-saving methodologies have gradually become the general direction for plastics and rubber industries' development. Thus, by taking green technology as its theme, CHINAPLAS 2010 will organize various concurrent activities to explore latest developments in energy-saving, environmental protection, recycling and re-generation technologies, as well as illuminate on the importance of related plastic raw materials and equipment while promoting green living.
Visitors who pre-register at www.ChinaplasOnline.com will enjoy free admission (waived admission fee of RMB 20) and other benefits. For more information on the latest show details, visit www.ChinaplasOnline.com or contact the organizer.
