The second consultation session of the Future Zone was held on 7 January 2012 at the Campus of East China University of Science and Technology. Mr. Liu Shuwen, Senior Engineer of Shanghai GM/ Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center Co., Ltd., and Mr. Li Yonghua, Senior Engineer of Kingfa Science and Technology Co., Ltd. gave presentations on the application of plastics & rubber materials on automobiles and knowledge on car structure. With "Green Plastics．Our Goal．Our Future" as the theme of concurrent event in CHINAPLAS 2010, a series of activities were held abreast of the theme Green Technology. In 2011, CHINAPLAS will rotate back to Guangzhou, PR China with exhibition area over 160,000 sqm. In additional to the 9 specialized theme zone, the organizer cordially co-organizes a plastic services and equipments theme zone with the Guangdong China Plastics Processing Industry Association(GDCPPIA). Furthermore, the organizer is now actively recruiting different pavilions coming from India, Zhejiang, Taiwan, etc. to enlarge the scale and diversity of the show.

With less than 80 days to go for The 16th Asian Games, the Guangzhou Metro's Foundation Restructuring Project is about to complete. Whereas the closest metro stations to Pazhou Complex - "XinGangDong Station" and "Pazhou Station", will be relocated from Metro Line No. 2 to No. 8, effective from 28 Sept 2010. The new metro line structure enables visitors to reach the exhibition venue just in the blink of an eye.
