The booth's highlight is an electric ALLROUNDER 570 A with a clamping force of 2.000 kN on which 24 screw caps are being produced in a cycle time of just 4,8 seconds. The machine is equipped with a high-performance plasticizing cylinder assembly in order to achieve a high material throughput rate at a very short cycle time. The second exhibit is a hydraulic model with 1.000 kN of clamping force from the very successful product line ALLROUNDER 420 C GOLDEN EDITION. This exhibit produces a very sophisticated technical part: a cable duct with a film hinge. The third injection moulding machine is a hydraulic vertical model ALLROUNDER 375 V with a clamping force of 500 kN, which is equipped with an optional rotary table. The ALLROUNDER V product line has been designed with a free space system, comprising of a fix vertical clamping unit closing from above and thus perfectly suited for the manufacturing of insert parts. |
