Synventive Molding Solutions (Suzhou) Co., Ltd is a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) of Synventive Molding Solutions located in Suzhou Industrial Park, Suzhou, China. The business scope includes sales, engineering, manufacturing and service of hot runners systems and related components. The markets include primarily automotive, electronic and consumer. The business provides hot runners systems throughout China and to other locations of Asia.

The factory is 3000 square meters in size and has the capability to engineer, machine and assemble complete hot runner systems to the same level of service as Synventive’s operations in Europe and North America. Lean principles has been used in manufacturing to minimize lead-time, costs and optimize quality.

Sales and service management is located at the company’s plant location in Suzhou to service East China. The second center is located in Shenzhen to service Guangdong province and South China. The sales organization functions include account management, service for start-ups and after sales services, project management and applications engineering.

The latest addition to the company is its subsidiary company in Korea, Synventive Molding Solutions Korea, has been set up at the beginning of 2008. It will enhance Synventive's sales and service in Korean Market and coordinate the international OEM transplant projects.
