ARBURG presents the high-performance of its hybrid, energy-efficient
HIDRIVE machine series with a high-speed packaging application. On an
ALLROUNDER 570 H with a clamping force of 2,000 kN two tubs will be
injected per cycle. They combine the servo-electric clamping units and the
hydraulic injection unit with hydraulic accumulator technology and
servo-electric dosage to a high-performance machine design.
ARBURG presents also a cost-efficient automation solution built around an
ALLROUNDER 420 C GOLDEN EDITION with a clamping force of 1,000 kN in
combination with a servo-electric robotic system MULTILIFT V SELECT. Plug
inserts as technically sophisticated moulded parts will be produced. Like
all ARBURG machines, the exhibit is characterised by high-quality ARBURG
technology "made in Germany". The integrated robotic system is programmed
and controlled via the SELOGICA control system and its convenient teach-in
function. |
