UM series

UM series is an advanced gravimetric batch dosing system, and it is suitable for dosing plastic material: granule, powder, regrinds by digital weighing technique. It is applicable on injection, extruder, blowing molding process.

UM series capacity is up to 1000kg/hr, each component is dosed and weighed according to preset proportion that is corrected each other. After all components are weighed,they are entering in mixing chamber where they are homogenized.Accurcy of dosing is up to ±0.5%,high dosing accurcy improves products quality and save cost fo materail.
 
ST/SS loss-in-weight feeder
 
ST/SSis one of Lost-in-weight feeder, as well as can be volumetric feeder, which is designed for granule, flowing, non-flowing powder & flakes.

ST/SS can be freely intergraded with other feeders of sonner dosing & blending system. It is applicable on compound pellet, food & chemical fiber process.

Optimized modular design is employed ideally to suit various process requirements of customer.  Special twin-screw feeder with mechanical agitator has ability to excellent against bridge on feeding non-flowing and high sticking powder, as well as precision and stability. ST/SS gravimetric feeder is designed by loss-in-weight measure principle. Individual component flow is continuously detected and calibrated; thoughout  range is 0.2dm3/hr-8000dm3/hr, and accuracy of system is up to ±0.5%.

LWN loss-in-weight system for liquid

LWM is a continuous loss-in-weight gravimetric dosing system for various viscosity liquid additives, which is applied on plastic pellets & compounding and extrusion.

LWM capacity range is 0.2-200 kg/h in continuous process, which is monitored and adjusted automatically by Sonner M250 industry PC with accuracy range up to ±0.5%.

LWM system is able to guarantee steady control accuracy, due to selecting suitable dosing pump, high dynamic response weight system and smart software.
 
GBL-Compact
  
GBL-Compact is a continuous dosing& blending system by loss-in-weight principle. It is designed for ball, column, flat, regrinding plastic granule, and applicable on plastic extrusion and chemical fiber process.

GBL-Compact dosing system is employed optimized modular design, suiting to various recipe processes, each GBL-Compact dosing system has 1-6 precision gravimetric feeders which are selectable according to requirement, and capacity is up to 4,500L/hr. Individual component flow is continuously detected and calibrated. The accuracy is up to ±0.5%.
