InnoPlus LLDPE, A Unipol Gas Phase Licensed by Univation Technology Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) under the brand of InnoPlus, produced by PTT Polyethylene Company Limited (PTTPE), a subsidiary of PTT Chemical Public Company Limited (PTT Chemical).The capacity for LLDPE production is at 400,000 MTA. InnoPlus LLDPE is produced by low pressure polymerization, using Gas Phase of Unipol process under the license of Univation Technology. This technology can provide the wide range of LLDPE products. The variety of catalysts and comonomers could be used in order to producing products for the various applications, covering film, injection, and Roto Molding, also including the mLLDPE for high performance application. Excellent production control and specific raw material selection of InnoPlus LLDPE offers high certainty of specific properties to meet all particular needs and complies with international standard regulations i.e., U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 regulation for polyethylene used in food contact articles, except for articles used for packaging or holding food during cooking. InnoPlus LLDPE also meets the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) according to 2002/95/EC. InnoPlus HDPE by Mitsui Technology InnoPlus HDPE is made from the low pressure polymerization using the slurry process of Mitsui Technology, with a production capacity of 800,000 MTA. This technology provides uni-modal and bi-modal molecular structures with wide range of melt flow rate and density that give InnoPlus HDPE excellent processability together with high mechanical strength, which is suitable for various applications. The capacity for LDPE production is at 300,000 MTA. InnoPlus LDPE is produced by high pressure tubular process, a technology licensed by Basell. This technology can provide the wide range of LDPE products. InnoPlus LDPE is easy to process and has an adequate balance between optical and mechanical properties. InnoPlus LDPE is widely used in manufacturing for various kinds of segments such as heavy duty film, general purpose film, coated or laminated film, cap and injection application.
