Manufacturing Plant：Rianlon has a modern manufacturing plant covering 100,000 square meters of land at the Modern Industrial Park of TEDA in the fast developing New Binhai District. The plant was designed and built in accordance with the international standard for polymer additive production to keep the whole manufacturing process in full control. Besides several production lines for additives, we also have two sets of facilities for additive blending and pelletization to meet customers’ various needs.

Enviroment, Health and Safety (EHS): Our plant is equipped with industrial waste air absorption system, 1000-metric-ton-per-day waste water treatment system, government provided solid waste processing system, fire-extinguishing system as well as labor sanitation and occupational health precaution system. These advanced systems together ensure our plant to meet the national standards for environmental protection, safety and labor health. We also benchmark against international standards by strictly following ISO14001 system and safety standardization system

Quality Control: We strictly follow the requirements of ISO9001:2000 control system in dealing with each and every aspect from R&D, purchasing, manufacturing, process control, product analysis to sales and marketing services. SGS, the world-renowned certification company has provided strong support to the establishment and operation of our ISO system.

Our advanced modern analytical instrumentation (including HPLC, GC, UV, IR, DSC-TGA ,HPLC-MS ,GC-MS, etc.) enables us to monitor and control the whole process of  production.

Logistics: We have built quarantined warehouses for the storage of raw materials, semi-products and final products in industrial scale. Under the specific demand of customers, we can perform pallet fixing, film tangling, and freight loading in strict compliance with international standard. We can also provide door-to-door logistics services for our customers world-wide.
