45 Degree Weaving:The classic 45 warp path to weaving ring, offer much longer compensation distance of warp shedding motion, decrease the variation of warps tension and wrapping force of shuttle by warps, which ensure the high output and top-quality fabric.
Extra-large Shuttle Wheel: Extra-large diameter shuttle wheels assure long-life and they guide the shuttles between strong rails softly through the shed exerting a minimum force on the warp tapes.
Intelligent Warp Feeding System with Uniform Tension: The warp feeding rollers are driven by a separate motor. The roller speed, which is synchronized with the loom speed, is variable and can be set for the required warp tension by a microprocessor.
