Micro-Compounder Thermo Scientific HAAKE MiniLab II
It combines compounding and viscosity tests for small volume samples. It is based on proven conical twin screw technology with co- and counter-rotating screws. The pneumatic force feeder guarantees an easy sample loading. An integrated bypass valve allows a recirculation of the sample in a slit capillary backflow channel or extrusion of the material for further tests. With fast cooling and a hinged barrel the user can freeze the compound for further examination. The MiniLab works as a standalone unit with data export or as fully computer-controlled system.
