Our extrusion coating and lamination machines are two types, one is YSL and the other one is YSJ. YSL can process woven fabric, non-woven fabric, paper, etc; YSJ can process BOPP film, CPP film, PET film, PE film, nylon film, metalized film, cellophane, aluminum foil, etc. The features of the extruder are on the screw, screen changer and T-die; the film that flows out from the extruder is very thin and stable. Another main machine is air bubble film machinery which is fast production speed, strong bubble form, and the bubble inside is full of air. The machine is equipped with an auto-exchange system and lower tension control, therefore the operator only needs to take-off the bubble film by hand and doesn’t need to control it by any other function. The machine can do in-line lamination with other materials and crusher edge to recycle the scraps.
