Co-rotating twin screw extruder has advantages in: 1) high torque with torque ratio (A/m3) 13.6:1; 2) D/Do ratio: 1.55:1; 3) high speed and high output, e.g. 160kw for 58mm screw can achieve 600-700kg/h output; 4) the material of screw shaft, gear box and barrel are originally imported from Japan, Germany or Italy. 5) We are the only domestic extruder manufacturer who is capable of producing gearbox ourselves. Our self-made, Germany-designed gearbox can continually run 50000 hours with full load.
Our parallel counter rotating twin screw extruder is ideal for PVC compounding and pelletizing, PVC pipe, profile, sheet extrusion and WPC extrusion. This machine has advantages in 1) modular design screws and barrels which makes it easy to change; 2) original imported German material for screws, barrels and shaft; 3) original imported gearbox from Italy or Germany which guarantee the long last of the machine; 4) Besides several Germany brand companies.
