The UV weathering test chamber simulates the damage caused by solar ultraviolet light and tests the weathering of the material by exposing it to controlled high temperature light. It uses ultraviolet lamps to simulate the radiation of sunlight, and simulates dew and rain through condensation and water spraying. In just a few days or weeks, ultraviolet irradiation equipment can restore the damage that takes months or even years to occur outdoors. These include fading, color changes, tarnishing, chalking, cracking, cracking, wrinkling, foaming, embrittlement, strength reduction, oxidation, etc. The results of the test can be used to select new materials, improve existing materials, or evaluate changes in material formulations.
