The newly developed multi-motor subsection tension control system realize simultaneous deposition of 3-8um ultra-thin substrate on both sides. The subsection minor tension control system realize wrinkle-free and smoothly winding when depositing ultra-thin substrates. Sputtering system Siemens PLC controls the sputtering system, more stable, precise and better in uniformity. DC, MF and RF power supply is selectable.
