Environmental friendly high flame retardancy halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch
The environmental friendly high flame retardancy halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch has been developed in order to eliminate compounding processability issues of traditional powders, dusting, inadequate dispersion and the potential degradation from high barrel temperatures of both polymer and flame retardant. The masterbatch concentrate can be successfully mixed with resins during the extrusion or injection molding processes eliminating the FR compounding step. This simplification also reduces energy consumption, carbon emissions and overall production cost. The masterbatch concentrate approach can be applied to polyolefins and polyamides used in various applications such as TPO, TPE, PE, LFT, CFRT, PP, PP/GF, PA and PA/GF etc.
