The FLEXLIFT linear robots, which were specially developed, designed and tuned for the Asian market, are available in six different sizes as single and double arm versions. The load capacities are five, ten and 15 kilograms. The FLEXLIFTs can be used on Allrounders of sizes 320, 370, 420, 470, 520 and 570.
The dynamics of the vertical axes allow comparatively short intervention times. The robotic systems are made universal by a large number of variants, special designs and practical configuration options, as well as by their cleanroom suitability. They work together with the Gestica controls of the machines and can be easily and conveniently integrated into the automated processes via OPC UA interfaces.
