Use of this machine
This machine is a one-step three-station injection and blow moulding machine, which is used for the production of PE, PP, PS, BAREX, PC, PVC as raw materials for medicine bottles, food and cosmetic bottles, etc. (If the production of PC, PVC as raw materials for the bottles, special order is required).
Working Principle
The core part of the one-step injection and blowing process is a triangular turntable, rotating at 120 degrees, and the mandrel is mounted on the end face of the turntable.
Work station 1
The plastic melt is injected into the parison at low injection pressure and the bottle neck is precisely moulded. After proper control, the mould opens and the mandrel is transferred to station 2 along with the parison.
Station 2
Blow moulding in this cavity is completed by cooling the moulding station. (The mould cavity determines the shape and appearance of the bottle).
