2.The system is suitable for the production of Rigid PVC film rolls in the thickness of 0.06-1.20mm with the thickness tolerance ≤0.01.We also can supply the special system which can produce Rigid PVC film rolls in the thickness of only 0.02mm with the thickness tolerance≤0.003.
3.Calender roll adopts independent or combination driving in conjunction with special hard gear reducer;Options include preload,anti-curving device and hydraulic axle crossover device.
Each drive motor of the calender set can be individually regulated or jointly follow-up regulated
