BOPA (Biaxially Oriented Polyamide) film is made from polyamide 6 (nylon 6) as the raw material. It has excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, as well as high-temperature resistance. It also has good oxygen barrier properties, puncture resistance, and tear resistance. Compared to other films, BOPA film has higher strength than PE and BOPP films, and lower cost and better environmental performance than EVOH and PVDC films. It is an ideal material for food preservation and aroma retention, particularly suitable for frozen, steamed, and vacuum-packed applications, and is non-toxic and harmless.
