Photoluminescent materbatch is a functional masterbatch produced by mixing various kinds of resin with photoluminescent pigment by injection craft. It is characterized by high brightness, long afterglow more than 12hours and pure color. It can be directly injected or be added to other similar plastic according to the need of light intensity and a certain proportion, then made of a variety of luminous plastic products. In general, the final products produced by mixing luminescent pigments with plastic particles directly by injection molding is often prone to black, dark color, uneven glowing; the final plastic products produced by the use of luminous masterbatch glow more evenly and have pure color.
