Thermochromic Pigment Termperature Color Changing Pigment For Plastics Inks Coating
Thermochromic pigments are sensitive to temperature. They change colour when temperature are heated up or cooled down.
Base temperature: 10C, 15C, 22C, 28C, 31C, 33C, 38C, 43C, 45C, 50C, 65C
Thermochromic Pigment for Plastics:
Suitable for different plastics material: PP, PE, PVC, PS etc.
Premix the plastic material with wax (adding rate of wax do not exceed 2% of plastic material); Add thermochromic powder into plastic material and stir evenly. Can add dispersant if not good disperse.
Can mix with different color powder to get different colors.
Keep processing temperature below 230 degree C.
