ASA960 is acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile tri-copolymer. It is ASA resin with high rubber content.
Its inner core is acrylate rubber, and outer shell is grafted styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer.
It has excellent property of weather ability, UV resistance and impact resistance.
Main application: AS the master batch of ASA, it can be pelletized into ASA engineering plastic while mixture with AS, It can be used to make ABS alloy, also can be used as weather ability layer while co-extrusion with PVC.
Typical characteristic: Excellent impact resistance, god weather ability and UV resistance, It can improve the property of melt with other polarity high polymers.
