Description
ZB-175 is a polymer type of HMV multifunctional processing aid with property of external lubricant and promotion fusion. It is the substitute of traditional lubricant. It is whiter powder. It can be dissolved in ketone and chloroform, but not in water and alcohol.
Application
To be used in all kinds of rigid PVC products, such as thin film, sheet, pipe, fitting, window profile, etc.
It is fit for many kinds of techniques, such as blow moulding , extrusion, calender, injection, etc.
Typical Characteristic
Good metal release on the basis of inherent transparency. Thus extend the running period of machine.
No fade-out if excessive addition, so the difficulty of adjusting formulation is reduced compared with other external lubricant.
