The Triple screws of the GSmach series of co-rotating parallel three-screw extruders are arranged in a "one" shape and rotate at high speed in the same direction, subjecting the material to intense shearing, squeezing, kneading and grinding action for better homogenisation and dispersion. Compared to conventional twin-screw extruders, the triple-screw extruder has an additional high shear zone, which doubles the plasticising and mixing performance of the twin-screw extruder, resulting in high output and twice the capacity of the twin-screw extruder. The de-volatilisation efficiency is also significantly higher due to the increased specific surface area and increased surface renewal rate.
Triple Screw Extruder
The unique design of the parallel Triple screw extruder allows for adaptability, good dispersion and high output. The free volume of the screw has been increased by 40%.
The extruder has the following characteristics:
1) Superb dispersion and distribution
