What currencies can I use to settle
online pre-registration admission fee payment?
The pre-registration system only supports payment currencies in the Renminbi
(RMB) and US Dollar (USD).
What payment methods can I use to
settle the payment of online pre-registration admission fee?
The pre-registration on the website only accepts payment by VISA,
MasterCard, PayPal, Alipay, and WeChatPay.
The pre-registration on WeChat only accepts payment by WeChatPay.
WeChat pre-registrants who need to use other payment channels should
log in MyChinaplas and complete the
payment with the website.
What is FreeEntry Code (FE Code) and
how to get it?
FreeEntry Code (FE Code) is a code consisted of 9 characters, which the
exhibitors use for inviting their customers to visit the show for free.
How to use FreeEntry Code (FE Code) for
visitor pre-registration?
Visitors can input the FE Code in the “Settle Admission Fee or Input FE
Code” Page after completing the pre-register form. All
pre-registrations with FE Code have to be completed on or before April 17,
2026, 17:00 (GMT +8).
When is the deadline for visitor's
online pre-registration?
Pre-registration Deadline: April 9, 2026 17:00 (GMT +8)
Can I register for colleagues?
Due to identity validation requirements, we have closed the “Pre-register
for colleagues” service.
On the other hand, we launched a "Visit-together Invitation" service for
visitors to invite their friends or colleagues to pre-register for CHINAPLAS
2026. (Visitor should log in / register a MyChinaplas account to apply this
service.)
Can I collect my visitor badge in
advance?
According to relevant regulations, the exhibition requires real-name
authentication.
To facilitate the admission for visitors with the PRC
Resident Identity Card, a Visitor eBadge will be issued
to the visitor in advance. Visitor eBadge will be sent via SMS and
email, and the visitor can also retrieve it through CHINAPLAS WeChat
Account, or MyChinaplas.
For onsite admission, foreign passport holders, as well as
those with Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macau
Residents or Taiwan Residents, must present their
confirmation letter at the “Overseas Visitor Counter” during the
show (April 21-24, 2026) to redeem their visitor badge.
How can I get the official receipt /
fapiao for the pre-registration admission fee?
Official Receipt
Once Pre-registration is completed, a
pre-registration
confirmation letter / eBadge will be sent to the visitor’s
registered email, the visitor can retrieve the receipt in the
email. Visitors can also log in to MyChinaplas to retrieve
the receipt.
Chinese Electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) – For visitors using
RMB payment only.
After pre-registration is completed, the visitor can log in to MyChinaplas to apply for
an electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao). After the application is
submitted, the electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) will be issued to
the visitor within 3 days through email. The electronic VAT
Invoice (Fapiao) will also be uploaded to MyChinaplas. If the
payment is settled in US Dollars, it is unable to apply for the
electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao).
How to reimburse the VAT Invoice
(Fapiao)?
Electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) is the same as the hard copy VAT invoice
which is recognized by State Admission of Taxation (China). To reimburse the
Electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao), visitors need to print it out and submit it
to the relevant department of your company. CHINAPLAS’s Electronic VAT
Invoice (Fapiao) will be sent to the visitor’s registered email and uploaded
to MyChinaplas. For details about the
reimbursement, visitors may refer to their company’s policy. If there are
any questions, please contact us by email: account@bj.adsale.com.hk. The application deadline
of the Electronic VAT Invoice: May 31, 2026.
I submit the pre-registration
application form without settling the payment, can I complete the
pre-registration payment after that?
Visitors will receive the login and password of their MyChinaplas account via email once
the pre-registration form is submitted, and the visitor will receive the
pre-registration payment reminder email afterward. To access their
pre-registration details, visitors can log in to MyChinaplas on our website
and proceed to settle the payment and finalize their pre-registration.
Can I modify the pre-registration
information if it is wrongly filled?
Visitors are liable for providing the correct information and reviewing the
information before submission. All provided information should be matched
with their identity documents presented onsite. Any incorrect information
may lead to being rejected for admission, and the visitor will be charged
for full admission fee and required to re-register. The visitor can log in
to MyChinaplas to edit the contact
information or update the profile details. In case there is any incorrect
information, the visitor should contact the organizer to update their
information as soon as possible prior to the show. (For inquiries on the
pre-registration issue, please contact us via prereg-payment@adsale.com.hk on or before April 17, 2026.)
After pre-registration, how can I enter
the fairground?
According to relevant regulations, the exhibition requires real-name
authentication and face recognition for venue admission.
For visitors who received "Visitor eBadge":
This Visitor eBadge for admission will be sent to the visitor via
SMS and email. Alternatively, they can retrieve the eBadge by
logging in to the MyChinaplas account or
official WeChat Account. The visitor must present the documents
listed below for admission:
1. PRC Resident Identity Card
2. Visitor eBadge
For visitors who received "Visitor Pre-Registration Confirmation
Letter":
The visitors can save the confirmation letter on a mobile device or
print it out. To redeem the visitor badge at the “Overseas Visitor
Counter” during the show, visitors must present the documents listed
below for identity validation:
1. Identity Document (e.g. Passport / Mainland travel permit for
Hong Kong and Macao residents / Mainland travel permit for Taiwan
residents)
2. Visitor Pre-Registration Confirmation Letter
3. Two Business cards
What should I do for not receiving the
Visitor eBadge / confirmation email or losing it?
Visitors can log in to MyChinaplas to retrieve the Visitor
eBadge / Confirmation.
I forget the MyChinaplas account
password, how can I get back the account?
Visitors can log in to their MyChinaplas account by receiving a
verification code through email / SMS / WhatsApp and then changing the
password under “manage your account”. Alternatively, visitors can click the
“Forgot Password?” button on the log-in page of “MyChinaplas” and find the password
by following the instructions.
What should I do if I cannot receive
SMS verification code?
Alternatively, visitor can choose the following verification methods: 1.
Send the SMS verification code to us 2. Receive voice verification code
Can I redeem the badges for my
colleagues?
According to relevant regulations, the exhibition requires real-name
authentication registration. Visitors are prohibited from redeeming badge(s)
for others. Pre-registered visitors must present the valid and paid
confirmation in person for badge redemption.
What should I do if I cannot present
the Visitor eBadge or valid confirmation onsite?
Chinese visitors shall present Visitor eBadge for admission, and foreign
visitors should redeem the badge onsite by presenting a valid
pre-registration confirmation letter. Visitors can log in to the MyChinaplas account to retrieve
pre-registration details.
I have completed the pre-registration,
is the admission fee refundable if I cannot visit?
The pre-registration admission fee payment is non-refundable once the
transaction is completed.
The pre-registration confirmation letter / Visitor eBadge is not allowed to
transfer or resell. Any visitors who collect a pre-registration confirmation
letter / visitor badge through the process of transferring or reselling will
be rejected for admission.
