ATT Diamond is based on the successful development of the patented ATT 2738 MOD TS with the following improved characteristics:Further refined composition of ATT Diamond yielding even higher hardness of approximately 40 HRC;Microstructure that is both more homogeneous and finer;Extremely high degree of purity; Mirror-finish polishable using up to 3 μm diamond paste (e.g. surface finish classes SPI - A1 or ISO 1302-N1). Laser hardenable or nitridable as supplied; For optimum productivity and efficiency, ATT Diamond offers up to 45% higher Thermal Conductivity compared to other Lens Mold steel grades. Injection Molds and Compression Dies with the most demanding Surface Finish Requirements for producing items such as transparent Headlight Components, Automotive Trim and Radiator Grille Panels. Ideally suited for interior use, both for polished surfaces and for extra fine-grained surfaces.
Plastic mold steel with good toughness, wear resistance and high compressive strength. Nitridable and hard-chrome plateable. Flame-hardenable. Good polishability and suitable for photo-etching. When improving the chemcial composition and production process, the content of sulfur and phosphorus is strictly controlled, the hardness becomes uniform. The polishing and etching performance are thus better than the traditional 1.2711. Improved Tempering Resistance provides more Options for Nitriding or PVD-Coating without sacrificing base-metal hardness. Large compression and injection molds subjected to high wear resistance and mechanical stresses. At higher working hardness, also suitable for processing SMC and GMT, in combination with surface coating if possible.

The pressure&vacuum forming machine "FJ" equips Quick response Heater, which realize the echo and stable production with precise sheet temperature control and quick heating speed. This heater can heat up to 600℃ by 10 seconds. Also FJ has chain rail expanding function, which will prevent the draw-down. The trimming machine "PJ" uses the steel rule, whihch will reduce the mold cost. Further, the mold change will done by opening the door of the machine side, which will make the operation easier. Both machine equips digital touch panel for operation and AC servomotor to realize the high speed and stable production.

Our New Scientific Mini Single-Layer Film and Sheet Line Type LMCR-150 has been developed to fill the gap of supplying a very compact and economic cast film and sheet line for laboratory applications. This line is well suited for further developments and quality controls of plastic films and thin sheets. The line comprises our new MINI sizes extruder, coat-hanger type die, chill roll with downstream nip rolls and wind-up. The whole line is mounted on a bench type subcabinet occupying a minimum floor space of 1.5m x 0.7m and height of 1.2m. The subcabinet has a sliding base to hold all the electric components inside.
