Lutai Holding Group Graphene Polymer Composites R&D Center is established on Nov 5th, 2016. And we engage in researching on combination polymer with graphene. Now we have a top-level R&D team with two of the Recruitment Program of Global Experts, six well-known professors, 5 doctors and 10 masters.
Now the R&D Center covers 3,000 square meters, we built a functionally complete laboratory costed 16 million Yuan. It contains the equipment for the preparation, molding and testing of the Graphene Polymer Composites. At present, we concentrate on improving the PVC performance by combining with graphene. This Graphene/PVC polymer composites have new electrical, thermal and mechanical strength and other properties. These new proterties have get the value added and expanded the scope of application of PVC. Next, R&D center will focus on other kinds of graphene/polymer materials, such as PE, PP, etc. We plan to develop a series of conductive plastic products, thermal conductive polymer products and high-performance composite products. And eventually, we’ll realize our vision making general plastic for engineering use and engineering plastics be higher-performance.
