Montello S.p.A is an Italian leading company that operates in the recovery and recycling of post-consumer plastic packaging and organic waste sectors since 1996. It is an example of circular economy and carbon negative plant. It covers 450.000 sqm area, of which 120.000 sqm are indoor for the treatment of: I. 760.000 tons per year of organic waste - used to produce electricity and biomethane. We are also able to recover CO2 for industrial and food applications. II. 350.000 tons per year of plastic waste. We sort different kinds of plastic by specific polymers and transforms them into new raw material such as PET flakes and HDPE, LDPE, PP and mixed polyolefinic granules.
