Founded in April 2016, Hangzhou Electrochemical New Materials Co., Ltd is a holding subordinate company of HEC, specialized in producing CPVC resins & compounds, special PVC resins and MP resins. It is located at Linjiang high-tech industrial park in Hangzhou Dajiangdong Industrial Cluster in Hangzhou, with an area of 36,800 square meters and registered capital of 30,000,000 RMB.We introduced CPVC process and plant from ARKEMA in France in 2010, using solid phase chlorinated PVC technique. The technique of special PVC resins is derived from the accumulation of HEC's 50 years of PVC production, focused on high polymerization PVC and PVC with dull property, and mainly used for cables and pharmaceutical materials.
