Founded in 2018, Ceville quickly became one of the top postconsumer recycled (PCR) resin manufacturers in China. Our high-quality PCR products can be used in food and beverage
packaging, fiber, textile, automotive products, and more.

Our goal is to process 200,000 MT of plastic waste annually, and produce 100,000 MT of food-grade rPET, 40,000 MT of rHDPE and rPP annually by 2025.

Launched in October 2018 by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and the UN Environment Programme, the New Plastics Economy Global Commitment unites businesses, overnments,
and other organizations from around the world behind a common vision of a circular economy for plastic.The Global Commitment brings together over 500 signatories that are
determined to start building a circular economy for plastics. Signatory governments and businesses representing 20% of all plastic packaging produced globally have committed to change how we produce, use, and reuse plastic in line with these 3 principles of a circular economy for plastics.Ceville is proud to be one of the proactive signatories and has committed to producing 60,000 tons of PCR resin annually by 2025.
