Black masterbatch is made of high-concentration carbon black polyethylene resin as a carrier and densely refined at high temperature. THE BLACK MASTERBATCH SYSTEM IS PRODUCED USING CARBON BLACK. Raw carbon black is a very difficult and dirty mixture, it is dusty, lightweight, and fluffy. Unless large-scale treatment is employed, it can soiling machines and workers, making the working environment dirty. Because of this, casters generally choose to use a resin carrier, i.e. a black masterbatch, to complete the pre-dispersion of carbon black. This resin carrier is clean, free-flowing, and easy to use.
