China is aiming to basically establish a resource recycling system in the country by 2025 as part of efforts to achieve carbon peak and neutrality goals, which presents a new challenge to traditional PP material applied in the automotive field. Plant fibers and recycled polymer materials (such as PP/ABS/PA) with lower carbon emissions, with lightweight design, are able to greatly reduce the carbon dioxide produced in the manufacturing process of automobiles. Through measurements and calculations, PRET found that every 1 ton of PRET's recycled PP material filled with natural fibers can reduce more than 60% carbon emissions of the product. PRET's recycled PP material filled with natural fibers can also get special appearance effects, providing new material solutions for low-carbon sustainable vehicles.
