Automatic visual inspection system for pipette
A pipette is a type of pipette, first developed in 1956 by German Riken scientist Schnitger. It is used in the laboratory for the removal of small or minute amounts of liquid, ranging from 1-1000ul, suitable for clinical routine chemical laboratory use. Pipette tips of different sizes are used in different sizes. The normal size is 20-200ul. Pipette tips are made of precise GMP injection, every plastic gun head needs to check if it has burr, lack of material, diameter, concentric, packing, and so on. Part of the detection index needs to achieve 0.02 mm accuracy, to ensure the accuracy of the sampling range.
