Products that have lightweight properties are increasingly essential to every part of the human experience. We want cars that are lightweight to reduce fuel consumption. Industry requires lightweight components for manufacturing that are easier to make and transport. We also want lightweight clothes and shoes that are comfortable to wear and easy to look after. In a special Tech Talk on 18th April 3.50pm at Hall 16 Room 31, Miya Zhang, Senior Scientist at Huntsman, will discuss the company's ELASTAMINE(R) polyetheramines, which can be used in a variety of polymers and applications, especially on polyamide elastomer, to realize lightweight and improve the flexibility and low temperature performance of many plastic-based products.
