Devolatilization drying system
The infrared preheating devolatilization drying system uses the infrared host to achieve continuous heating of the material by infrared radiation of a specific wavelength. After reaching the preset temperature, the material enters the vacuum module. The release of volatile components in the vacuum environment is accelerated to carry out devolatilization drying.
Technical advantages
Simple structure and easy to clean, convenient for quick switching of products
Continuous degassing and drying process
Vertical design to reduce space waste
High efficiency and energy saving, about 60% energy saving compared with electric heating process
Treatment effect: vOC<10ppm, MC<150ppmProcessing capacity: 1~3 tons/hour
