CPP film refers to cast polypropylene film, which can be classified into different types based on their applications. The general-purpose CPP film is commonly used for packaging of food, daily necessities, as a composite base material, and as a heat-sealing material. It has the advantages of high transparency, good stiffness, uniform thickness, low coefficient of friction, and excellent heat-sealing performance.
Metallized CPP film, after vacuum metallization with aluminum, can be laminated with materials like BOPP and BOPA for high-end packaging of tea, fried crispy foods, cookies, etc. This type of CPP film has excellent aluminum adhesion, high gloss, low haze, low heat-sealing temperature, high heat-sealing strength, and strong moisture barrier properties.
Boil-in-bag CPP film has excellent low-temperature impact resistance, is difficult to rupture, and has good oil and juice barrier properties.
