Founded in 1997, Yingkou Wancheng Machinery Co.,Ltd. is a technology-based enterprise that develops, produces and markets plastic bags making machines. Over the years, we are striving to provide high-quality and high-efficiency bag making equipment for domestic and foreign plastic bag manufacturers, especially focusing on the development of biodegradation and equipment, to meet the growing environmental requirements.

Our main products include computer controlled heat-sealing heat-cutting vest bags making machine, heat-sealing cold-cutting flat bags making machine, automatic with-core bags-on-roll making machine and automatic coreless bags-on-roll making machine, handle shopping bags making machine (for traditional materials of HDPE,LDPE and biodegradation material of PBAT PLA ST etc.),glove forming machine(for PE,TPE), etc. Our delivery capacity of bag making machine is 600 sets per year.

HistoryIn 1997, Mr. Guo Xueliang established Lutun Lifeng Machinery Factory of Yingkou Economic and Technological Development Zone. In September 2012, the factorys name was changed to Jianfeng Plastic Machinery Factory of Yingkou Economic and Technological Development Zone. In January 2019, the factory was restructured into a limited liability company.
