Defoamer/Desiccant masterbatch can be widely used in plastic products made with recycled PP/PE materials. Its main component is CaO. Defoamer masterbatch can effectively absorb the moisture in the material, so as to avoid bubbles, moire, cracks and so on caused by moisture. The adding ratio of the defoamer masterbatch is 1% to 5%. The defoamer masterbatch is used to eliminate moisture (20% moisture absorption), moire, and air bubbles in the recycled resin. The content of CaO in the masterbatch is 70%-80%. Available in three colors: white/grey/black (can be achieved by adding pigment powder). The use effect of defoamer masterbatch is kept within 12-48 hours after the package open. The package of the defoamer masterbatch adopts five-layer corrugated cartons, which have passed the drop test to ensure that the goods will not be damaged during transportation. There are five vacuum bags in each carton, each vacuum bag is 5KG. The total weight of each box is 25KG.
