Polichem nucleating agent

Polichem DN and PW-50B are special nucleating agents for polyamides (PA6, PA66) and polyester (PBT, PET) respectively.
They have some advantages during injection molding process as follows:
Shortening the molding cycle and increasing production efficiency.
Improvi the demolding.
Improvin the dimensional stability of products.
Reducing the shrinkage of products.
Preventin the stress cracking of products.
Improving mechanical properties (the increase of tensile strength, hardness and HDT).
The modification effects are not only suitable for the unreinforced polymer, but also for the reinforced engineering plastic.
