Free placement of your company profile, exhibits description, product images, etc. at Online Exhibitors' Database:
→ Log onto Exhibitor Manual
→ Select Form 8 - Online Exhibitors' Database
(Submission Deadline: May 16, 2011)
2. Download CHINAPLAS logo / banner customized with your booth number and add it in your promotion literature and outgoing documents, such as advertisement, email, letterhead, etc.
→ Log onto Exhibitor Manual
→ Select "Show Logo & Banner Download" under "EXHIBITORS" column on CHINAPLAS homepage
3. Announce your show participation at your company website, such as display a banner ad on the homepage, create a show calendar of the year, etc.
Invite Your Clients to Visit Your Booth
1. Visitor Invitation Package
Invite your current customers, prospects and past show visitors to attend the show:

→ Select "Download Visitor Invitation Package" under "EXHIBITORS" column on CHINAPLAS homepage
→ Download the "Visitor Invitation Package" which includes invitation letters and show fact sheets in 8 languages, show posters in English and Chinese.
2. Consider including your incentive gift coupon in the invitation to enhance show up rate of guests.
3. Send out your invitation.
4. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure the receipt of the invitation.
5. Send a reminder to your guests by fax or by email 1-2 weeks before the show:

→ Type in a personal message to your clients when filling out the form with your pre-set company name and booth number.

Maximize Media Exposure
1. Send press release to media regularly to update your participation, your new exhibits and on-site concurrent activities, etc.
2. Place advertisements in the trade media.
3. Invite media to visit your booth and arrange on-site interviews. (Please click here to download the media contacts who will exhibit and distribute their publications at CHINAPLAS 2011)
4. Enjoy free posting of your press releases at the official website (www.ChinaplasOnline.com) and their free distribution to related media.
5. Prepare bilingual press kits in Simplified Chinese and English for on-site media distribution. Each exhibitor is entitled to display 30 sets of their press kit at the on-site Press Room. Please deliver them to the on-site Press Room on May 16, 2011. Display area is limited and will be arranged on first-come-first-served basis.
