Unique new image to enhance Chinaplas' vigor
Being Asia's No. 1 and the world's No. 3 plastics and rubber trade fair, this year, Chinaplas demonstrated a unique new look which evinces the show's high professionalism, high degree of internationalization and energetic characters to the exhibitors and visitors. The overall design and show image comprise mix and match patterns formed by icons that represent plastics, machinery, die & mould, semi-finished products, etc. These unique patterns can be discovered at many on-site facilities and decorations which exhibitors and visitors will find the design fresh and new.

Ms Ada Leung, Senior Sales & Marketing Manager of Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd, Organizer of Chinaplas, said, "This year, the on-site design adopted a brand new nacarat color and visualized the exhibits of different theme zones to different icons. Through mix and match of these icons, different new patterns are generated. The new image not only provides a fresh look to visitors, but also strengthens Chinaplas as the professional and international trade fair and enhances the sense of belongings of both exhibitors and visitors."

Concurrent events to mark the show's new highlights
Besides the new image of Chinaplas and its on-site design, the Organizer also created new elements to enrich the show's contents. Every year, concurrent event is one of the major highlights of Chinaplas. Last year, the concurrent events, namely "CEO Forum" and "China-India Plastics Industry Summit", highly appealed to both visitors and media. To welcome the staging of Beijing Olympics in the coming August, the show has incorporated sport's elements. A series of concurrent activities under the theme of "Innovative Plastics and Rubber, Sports without Limit" is organized. These activities include product display, sports performances and interactive games such as table tennis, mini-football and mini-golf. All these demonstrate new concepts of plastics and rubber application to sports ware and stadium facilities. Visitors can experience how these new concepts can facilitate athletes to push further their potential and physical limits.

Following the success of the "China-India Plastics Industry Summit 2007", the Organizer, Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd, continued this momentum in 2008 by joining force with China Plastics Processing Industry Association (CPPIA) and The Society of Plastics Industry, Inc. (SPI) to organize the "China-US Plastics Industry Summit" yesterday (April 16). The summit fully addressed on the topics of Sino-US market development trend and exploration of bilateral trading opportunities.
