For high mixing and excellent self cleaning and flexibly modular design, the line is used in plastic alloy blending process, fiber reinforcement modification, high incorporation of fillers, color master-batch process, cable compound process, especially master-batch compounding process.
Both screws and barrels are modular design. The screw elements configuration, barrel setup, screw LD, protocol of feeding and venting can be changed freely as per different material properties and process requirements.
To meet the need for different processes and applications, the extruder with high torque and high speed has been designed and come to be used for the past decades.
To increase equipment lifetime, higher surface hard steel material were used to the screw elements and barrel bushing were made of the material with hardness more than HRC sixty after being heat treated.
We offer simulating control panel, PLC and PCC electric control system. |
