Exhibition Information

Soft Reminder：

During the exhibition period, it is expected that there will be a large volume of people and traffic. Attendees are strongly recommended to choose green transportation and try to use public transportation (Metro Line 12／Line 20) to reach or leave the exhibition hall. This will help avoid delays in your visit caused by heavy road traffic or limited parking spaces.

Airport Pick-up & VIP Services

Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport provides two types of airport concierge services for both domestic and international flights:

Airport Pick-Up Service: Reservations must be made at least 3 hours in advance. For booking, please call (86) 020 36066246.
VIP Services: Includes access to VIP lounges, paid pick-up services, business car rentals, VIP lane for bank cardholders, and VIP parking spots. For peak traffic, the EXPO Bay car park adjacent to the North Lobby and the Exhibition Bay South Bank Square near the South Entrance are also available.

For non‑Shenzhen registered passenger vehicles travelling only to and from the exhibition center, it is recommended to take the following non‑restricted routes:

S3 Highway → Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center Toll Station → Fengtang Avenue → Zhancheng Road → Binjiang Blvd.
S3 Highway → Fuhai Toll Station → Fuzhou Avenue → Zhanyun Road → Binjiang Blvd

If you are going to drive along routes with restricted roads,

1. Please avoid driving during the restricted hours.
(Restricted hours: working days 7am-9am and 5:30pm-7:30pm)
2. Or, you can use the Self-service Application for The Temporary Pass. Each car can only apply for one day in a month from the application date.

Soft Reminder：

In addition to the aforementioned public transportation options, attendees can consider the following methods of leaving the venue.

Free shuttle bus service

During the exhibition period (April 23 - 26), free shuttle buses are available at the South Square and North Square, providing transportation for passengers to Hongqiao Railway Station and Terminal 2 of Shanghai Hongqiao Airport.

Taxi

If attendees are taking a taxi to leave the exhibition hall, they can walk to the taxi pick-up point located at No. 1535 Huaxiang Road Car Park. (It is situated on the east side of the exhibition hall. Please use the bridge on the east side of the hall to reach there.)

Soft Reminder：

During the exhibition, temporary restricted areas will be designated around the exhibition hall. Please follow ride-hailing app instructions for suitable pick-up and drop-off points.
