ASANO LABORATORIES CO., LTD.
The pressure&vacuum forming machine "FJ" equips Quick response Heater, which realize the echo and stable production with precise sheet temperature control and quick heating speed. This heater can heat up to 600℃ by 10 seconds. Also FJ has chain rail expanding function, which will prevent the draw-down. The trimming machine "PJ" uses the steel rule, whihch will reduce the mold cost. Further, the mold change will done by opening the door of the machine side, which will make the operation easier. Both machine equips digital touch panel for operation and AC servomotor to realize the high speed and stable production.

The winder AW90 is a newly developed machine as per customer's request, aiming at winding brittle fibers, such as pith based carbon fiber, silicon carbide fiber, ceramic fiber, basalt fiber, etc. The theory of traditional winder is winding the fiber onto the spindle through the traverse motion of the fiber delivery head. It is ok for winding common fibers. But for some special fibers that are very brittle, the big winding angle obviously hurts the fiber and even causes fiber breakage. Therefore, we specially developed the winder AW90. Its delivery head is fixed during winding, instead the spindle is traversing slowly to achieve zero winding angle, which perfectly solve the winding problems of brittle fibers. The bobbin shape formed by this winder is perfect. It has been sold to several universities in bulk and has been well received by the users.
