The Baltic Chemical Complex is a part of Ust-Luga Gas processing Cluster being built in the north-west of Russia, a flagship investment project of modern Russia to create one of the world/s largest clusters for deep processing of hydrocarbon raw materials. The Baltic Chemical Complex project involves the construction of a polyethylene production complex with a design capacity of up to 3 million tons per year in the Kingisepp district of the Leningrad region.
