The Baltic Chemical Complex is a part of Ust-Luga Gas processing Cluster being built in the north-west of Russia, a flagship investment project of modern Russia to create one of the world/s largest clusters for deep processing of hydrocarbon raw materials. The Baltic Chemical Complex project involves the construction of a polyethylene production complex with a design capacity of up to 3 million tons per year in the Kingisepp district of the Leningrad region. The Baltic Chemical Complex is technologically linked to the gas processing complex located at the same production site. The product portfolio is based on LLDPE, HDPE, mLLDPE.
