Phthalate-free biodegradable Cellulose Acetate Film
Holyard provides solutions for the requirements of sustainable packaging. CelluplasTM films (CPF) are biobased and biodegradable simply made by in-house made CelluplasTM. Cellulose acetate is a biobased and biodegradable material. The cellulose acetate films exhibit excellent transparency, gloss, mechanical strength , anti-fogging, directly printable and static dissipative properties. Currently the commercialized cellulose acetate films are limited and mainly are made by solvent casting processed. Holyard's CPFs are made by in-house made cellulose acetate granules and extruded by generally used casting machineries. CPF is complied with food contact safety standard (EU No. 10/2011) and biodegradability under home compost conditions(ISO14855-1). Collaborating with qualified casting film manufacturers, Holyard supplies CPF in the thickness ranging 0.02mm-0.5mm.
