Polychlorotrifluoroethylene is a polymer of chlorotrifluoroethylene. Abbreviated as PCTFE. The F atom in the molecular structure makes the polymer chemically inert, and the CI atom makes the polymer transparent, thermoplastic and hard, so PCTFE is a high-quality thermoplastic resin with high stability, heat resistance, non-flammability, non-hygroscopicity, non-gas permeability and inertness.
The melting temperature is 213 °C, and it can be used for a long time at -196-125 °C condition, the mechanical strength and hardness are better than those of PTFE.
