Doco Film Blowing Chiller is specially designed for cooling film blowing machine.
Working principle: The chiller works through the compressor, the high temperature room air then can be cooled from 40-50℃ to 10-15℃ through the built-in exchanger, and then the centrifugal blower sends the cooled low temperature air to the air ring and the internal cooling system of the film blowing machine, which can rapidly cool the film bubble blown out from the die head. Therefore, the chiller can improve the thickness uniformity of the film, increase the transparency and brightness, accelerate the film shaping, improve the film physical properties and increase the output by more than 10-20%.
The film blowing chiller has a strong dehumidification ability, which can condense out a large amount of condensate water produced in the process of rapid cooling air, so that the cold air sent out becomes much drier. All this can greatly improve the quality of the film.
