Flame retardant for extrusion injection molding applications
XF-8600 is a special halogen-free flame retardant for thermoplastic polyurethane, which has a flame retardant effect on the basis of carbon formation and gas phase. In the application of injection molding process, it can reach the flame retardant level of UL94-V0 (1.5mm), and in TPU cables, it can reach the flame retardant level of UL1581-VW-1. It has smooth surface of parts or cables and strong precipitation resistance. Hydrolysis resistance, excellent electrical properties, low smoke non-toxic characteristics, the product itself does not contain anti-drip agent, such as in the application of modified injection molding, it is recommended to add 0.3% anti-drip agent
